Frozen shoulder is a condition which usually is characterized by pain and\/ or stiffness in the shoulder joint.<\/p>\n
The pain and stiffness caused by this condition usually develop gradually, gets worse and then finally goes away. However, this process can take anywhere between one to three years, so it is better to get it treated rather than suffering or bearing the pain. Symptoms Causes Women are more susceptible than men to suffer from a frozen shoulder. Also, people who are between 40 and 60 are at more risk of getting this condition.<\/p>\n Also, people recovering from other severe condition like a stroke or surgery like mastectomy that restricts you from moving your arm can easily develop this condition.<\/p>\n Treatment But none of the above treatments is the permanent solution of a frozen shoulder as it may reoccur due to the same or other reason which caused it earlier.
